Coach Megan has spent the past four years delving head first into the “Paleo World”, learning from the top professionals in the industry. In addition to obtaining her OPEX CCP Level 1 Nutritional Module, she has attended hundreds of lectures and self-study programs, and for the past two years attended the World’s largest Paleo event, Paleo(fx).
All “Nutritional Guidance” begins with a detailed assessment of your goals pertaining to aesthetics, performance, and lifestyle. From there, we break down your detailed plan into phases: Protein, Food Quality, Emotions, Food Intolerances, Carb Experimentation, Fats, Lifestyle, Longevity, and Supplementation. It is important to note that overall health is not only about the food that
you put in your mouth! Sleep (recovery), lifestyle factors, and stress are HUGE components in achieving your goals inside and outside of the gym.
Food Journal Review entails logging your food on a weekly basis! At the end of each week you will turn in your log along with any questions or concerns. Within 24 hours, you will receive comments, critiques, and a structured plan of action from us, with your goals in mind.
Meal Planning is a much more in-depth approach. We create a weekly meal plan tailored to your work schedule, your ability to commit time in the kitchen, and your goals. Each week you will give feedback regarding your compliance to the meal plan, and other related information pertaining to your goals.
