Crossfit Kids is designed to ensure a lifetime love of fitness. That’s why we put FUN first. We will also work on perfect movement and offer corrections throughout our time together, but it is important to us that your child always feel successful and confident. We always work harder when we feel empowered and have a passion for it! It is my truest hope that your kids leave each class having felt successful and excited, and setting them up for a lifetime of health.
We are SUPER excited to have expanded classes this summer – both in ages and class times! Our program last summer was a huge success and the kids had a lot of fun!
HERE IS OUR SCHEDULE FOR THIS SUMMER
Kids ages 4-7 years old: Wednesdays @ 8:00 am. This age group will focus on foundational skills, making fitness fun, and learning the basics. A great beginner class and perfect for kids who love games and active play!
Kids ages 7-12 years old: Tuesday & Thursday @ 8:00 am. This age group will incorporate more advanced skills and begin working with the barbell, rope climbs, and advanced gymnastics work. We will play some games, but a shift towards skill work will be evident.
Teens ages 12-15 years old: Tuesday & Thursday @ 10:00 am. Expect lots of skill work and training to compliment everyday movement patterns and sport training.
All classes will begin the week of June 5th and run through August 18. We will take the week of July 4 off, but otherwise we will run through the whole summer!
Punch cards are available for:
5 punches (4-7 year olds only) $80
10 punches (all ages) $150
20 punches (all ages) $275
Siblings can share punch cards, as well as any guests you bring over the summer. But, classes are only available in the quantities above, so check your schedule and be sure to buy enough classes!
